Kole and I both attended Marshfield High School. Although, he was two years older than me, I always knew just who he was! In high school, my friend group and Kole's friend group were acquaintances in which Kole and I interacted a few times here and there.

After graduation, Kole attended UW-La Crosse and I attended Winona State University, only 31 miles apart. However, it wasn't until we were both back in the Marshfield area, that Kole asked me on our first date! What I thought was going for coffee date, turned into a 3 hour date at the Daily Grind. Right then and there, I knew Kole was a keeper! We clicked on so many levels with similar interests and goals.

Fast forward to a little of a year later, Kole got down on one knee by the Mississippi River in La Crosse and asked me to be his wife!
