Yes. The ceremony site is directly next to the venue where cocktail hour and dinner will be held.

The ceremony will be held outside. If there is inclement weather the ceremony will be moved into the venue directly next to the ceremony site. The venue itself is in a building, and there are outdoor areas with a fire pit.

While Colorado weather is notoriously unpredictable, usually the weather around this time is pleasant during the day, with a slight chill at night.

We are providing a shuttle service from the hotel listed on the Travel page.

There is parking but it is very limited. We recommend the shuttle or carpooling.

The ceremony starts at 5pm. It will only be about 15-20 minutes long. Then cocktail hour and appetizers will immediately follow. After that, dinner and dancing until 11.

If you are interested in leaving the venue at 10pm instead of 11, please let us know right away and we will make accommodations.

During the ceremony, we kindly, and strongly, ask that you do not take photos or are on your phone. Once the ceremony is over, photography is fine. We ask that you do not bring professional photography equipment as our hired photographer does not allow it.
