Yes, it is required that you book your room through our travel agent. Booking through our travel agent will guarantee your spot on the guest list and a seat at the wedding. Any persons who book elsewhere will not be tracked and will not have a seat at the wedding. Please see the "Book Here" tab of this website for more information.

Guests should plan to arrive no later than the morning of the day before the wedding (8/09/25) and stay a minimum of 3 nights.
