What days should I travel?

Recommended to on June 4th, and check out of hotel on June 7th. Please review the wedding itinerary for more details.

Is there a room block for the party?

Yes, please read the information found in "Hotel & Reservations" for a full description of setting up your reservation. You will be receiving an email/ text to set up your reservation.

Can I book the Hard Rock Hotel using a third party agencies?

We highly recommend booking through the "Mi Boda Vallarta" travel agency. Booking through other agencies (i.e. Expedia, Booking.com, or Hotels.com, etc.) will require a wedding pass fee to be paid by the attendee. Booking through "Mi Boda Vallarta" ensures a smoother experience and helps avoid any additional fees for wedding attendees.

Will the ceremony and reception be in the same location?

All events will be held at the designated hotel. No travel will be required once arrived at the hotel.

What will be the dress code?

The dress code is beach formal. The events will be in the sand on the beach. We recommend light colors and fresh fabrics (please avoid white and high heels, as the events will take place on the sand). For men, we recommend a light-colored linen suit or a guayabera. * Color white is reserved for the bride *

What kind of food will be served at the reception?

The reception will be buffet style provided by the hotel services, if you have any dietary restrictions, please communicate those prior to day of the event.

Can we stay at a different hotel?

We kindly encourage you to stay at the designated hotel for your convenience and to share memorable moments with the couple leading up to the wedding. If you decide to stay elsewhere, please be aware that a wedding pass fee will be required to attend the wedding. This fee only applies for the day of the event and will be the responsibility of the attendee. We ask you to make the couple aware if a different hotel is chosen, to ensure all needed items are accounted for.
