What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venue? Is it ADA accessible?
The Grand Lady is located at 19704 Hogeye Road, Mahnor, Tx 78653. It is about 25 minutes east from downtown Austin (without traffic).
The property and bathrooms are ADA-accessible.
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
Please arrive to the venue at 5:15pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm.
What is the attire?
Please wear formal attire. For our (Texas) summer wedding, our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, however, dinner and dancing will be held indoors.
When should I RSVP by? Do I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?
Please submit your RSVP on or before August 16, 2024. Guests must RSVP online.
What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue(s)?
Transportation will be provided for guests with accommodations at the Colton House Hotel. Guests must be boarding the bus at the hotel at 4:15pm.
For local guests, we recommend leveraging Uber/Lift or Feti (for larger groups) to minimize drinking and driving.
Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Our wedding venue (The Grand Lady) will have 50 parking spaces in the main parking lot and 25 in the overflow lot. We recommend guests leverage Uber/Lift to minimize drinking and driving.
Are children allowed?
Although we love your little ones, please note our wedding ceremony and reception will be an adult-only affair due to limited capacity.
Can I bring a plus one?
Plus One’s have been specifically indicated on your envelope, for example, your envelope would list "Your Name" & "Guest" and for families, it will list the family member names or "Your Last Name Family". When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for. While we would love for everyone to be at the wedding, we do have very limited capacity. Thank you for understanding.
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors; however, the reception, including dinner and dancing, will be indoors.
What type of food will be served at your wedding?
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a family-style dinner with a selection of steak, chicken, side dishes and salad.
Will there be an open bar?
Absolutely.
