Pria and Starr first met in 2021 through a mutual friend (Rhonda). At the time, Pria lived in St. Louis, MO while Starr lived in Dallas, TX. Starr wasn’t looking for anything serious but Pria already knew she was the one. Pria flew down or drove to see Starr at least twice a month.

Even with the long distance they saw each other all the time. Meeting in different cities such as Chicago, Ill. Miami, FL and Charlotte, NC. This became a way for them to get to know each other and meet each other’s friends and family.

In 2022 Pria decided to make the move from St. Louis, MO to Dallas, TX. Making this move would prove to Starr that Pria was definitely serious and was willing to make a new life for her. Little did Starr know Pria had a surprise waiting for her on their next trip.

Starr and Pria’s proposal was beautiful. It happened during Pria’s 30th birthday trip to Cancun, MX. Pria and her family pretended to take family pictures on the boardwalk looking over the ocean. The photographer told Starr and Pria to face the water as he took pictures of them from the side. When Starr turned around Pria was on one knee.

Starr and Pria are so excited for you to join them as they say “I do” on September 26, 2024.
