Josh and Stefanie met at Christ's Church of Oronogo on September 8th, 2024. Who knew that just 5 short months later, they’d be engaged! Josh had started attending this church with his friend, who happened to be a member of Stefanie's Bible Study group there. That Sunday, Josh and Stefanie found themselves sitting next to each other in the row their group always sat together in for church. After services that day, they talked a bit to get acquainted, then later that afternoon Stefanie messaged Josh on a texting app their group often used with one another. Josh asked Stefanie to go for a casual walk a few days later, followed by their first official date very soon after that. Realizing right away that they had many common interests, views, and goals, they KNEW God had brought them together. Josh proposed to Stefanie on Valentine’s Day this year, at the spot where they went on their first date. ♥
