We will be starting at 11:30 so please be there at around 11/11:15. Parking is right at the venue, but this will give you ample time to find the venue, park and find a seat!

Due to having a strict guest list to stay in within our venue's capacity, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

We'd love to see our family get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is semi-formal/formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, midi formal dresses, or jumpsuits. Gentlemen can wear a suit &tie. No jeans please! Please do not wear white, grey, or blues as these are the colors of the bridal party, Bride and Groom.

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception to an adults-only event with exception of the wedding party, and those who are close with the Bride and Groom. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Yes! Drink's are on us, hangover is on you! There will be cocktail waiters/waitresses that will take your drink order.

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which we have provided, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to the venue in a timely manner. Due to this we cannot accept late RSVP's, we hope that you understand!

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony please take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

If you book a room through Woodloch or use a house that is blocked off for the wedding there will be a shuttle that will bring you to and from the venue. If you are using a hotel outside of Woodloch you will need to transport yourself.

The ceremony will be outdoors by the lake. The cocktail hour will be inside as well as outside. The reception will be indoors upstairs. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be moved fully indoors if there is a chance of rain.

We will be supplying alcohol and have a cocktail waitor/waitress service who will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations,, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages on the premises. However, if you will be attending the after party, you may bring your own beverage.
