We have full exclusivity of the venue which means everyone you see across the three days of our wedding is a friend and family member of ours.

- THE VENUE-

We want everyone to enjoy every moment of staying in this beautiful venue and has listed some of the facilities below within and near the hotel:

- small indoor steam and sauna and plunge pool

-small gym

-large outdoor pool

-large external gardens to enjoy exclusively

-small play park for children within the grounds

Outside of the hotel:

The venue is only a 15 minute drive from the airport via taxi. The venue is however in a small village so taxi's back will take 15-20 minutes to arrive once reception calls so please bare this in mind on your return journey.

The venue is only 20 minutes from Quinta Do Lago and Vale Do Lobo where there are many golf courses and restaurants to use if you are coming before or after the wedding. Alternatively Faro is close by too.

Check in/check out:

Check in is around 2-3pm on Friday however they will try to have rooms prepared earlier. There are quite a few staying in the days before so luggage storage will not be an issue and you will be free to use the pool and facilities on your arrival.

Check out is 11am on Monday morning unless you are extending your stay. If you are looking to extend your stay, please email vanda.jacinto@pestana.com

-DAY 1-

THE WELCOME SUPPER

The Welcome BBQ is a fairly relaxed affair with a buffet style meal and begins at 5pm. There will be staff to guide you to the location of the BBQ however it will take place in the lower section of the grounds close to the play park. The dress code is smart, casual and we want everyone to spend the evening getting to know one another. The BBQ event will end at 10pm with guests who wish to continue their evening in any area of the hotel. There will be some entertainment here to set the mood for the 3 days!

-DAY 2-

THE WEDDING

The ceremony will start at 4pm so you will have the whole day to enjoy the hotel or surrounding areas. Following from the ceremony we will have a drinks and canapé reception in the gardens and soon after a 3 course meal outside in the pillars area of the hotel. A party in the main building of the venue will end our evening. Dress code is smart/formal

-DAY 3-

THE WHITE PARTY

The White Party will take place around the pool and begin at 2pm. We have a DJ playing with lots of food offered throughout the day and an 'unofficial' end time of 10pm. The dress code is white and with full use of the pool, swimwear under your outfits is most definitely advised. There will be plenty of seating, sun loungers and shade for everyone to enjoy the day.
