Stefanie and Kent’s story began on February 29, 2024, aboard Delta Flight 1658. Stefanie was en route from Orlando to Atlanta for a work trip with the League of Women Voters, while Kent was returning home from his own business travels. Seated next to each other (seats 41 D and 41 E), they struck up a conversation, and Stefanie couldn’t help but notice how charming Kent was. By the time the plane landed, she found herself asking for his number. From there, their connection took flight, and the rest, as they say, is history.
