The ceremony will be outside on the lawn at Emerson Park (6843 E Lake Rd Auburn, NY) and we will head inside for cocktail hour and the reception.

We are asking that guests wear semi-formal attire. That includes, but not limited to, suits for the gentlemen and dresses for the ladies. Please no jeans or polos. The bride would love it if the guests wore bright summer colors, but not required.

While you may see kids running around, they are part of the Groom's family. We are kindly asking guests to not bring their children unless given specific permission.

Please kindly RSVP no later than June 25, 2026 as we need to make sure there is enough food and seating for our guests.

Yes, there will be transportation offered. We ask that you let us know when you RSVP if you will need transportation so we can have a proper headcount. Please refer to the "Transportation" tab for more information.

Emerson Park has a large parking lot with easy access to the reception hall and ceremony location at no cost. For those who need it, there is a circle where you can drop off guests before parking as the walk can be long. The venue asks that no vehicles drive onto the grass.

We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions. Please let us know of any when you RSVP. We will be offering a gluten free option as well as a vegetarian option.

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception, however, we do recommend bringing cash or a credit card along if you plan to attend the after-party, as drinks after the reception will not be covered.

There most likely will be an after party back at the Hilton Hotel Bar, but this is not a formally planned event and may change.

We kindly ask that you keep our wedding ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos during our ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day. We will provide a QR code during the reception to upload any photos that you take later in the evening for everyone, especially the Bride and Groom, to experience.
