Due to the event being in school holidays, I would recommend booking accommodation as soon as possible to avoid higher costs or limited options.
A charter bus will pick all guests up from Little Cove in Port Douglas and return you at the end of the evening - please check where your accommodation is in relation to Little Cove due to taxis and Ubers being limited in the area - walking distance is best!
