Yes, we ask guests to wear formal or cocktail attire. For men this could look like a suit or tux and for women a long or cocktail length dress.

The venue is centrally located on the UT campus at the Etter Harbin Alumni Center. There is event parking at San Jacinto Garage, a short walk to the venue. If walking is an issue, please let Stella or Eric know, as there are a few spaces in the garage directly under the venue that we can reserve for you. Uber and Lyft are also very accessible and easy to use in Austin!

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the scheduled start time in order to get seated before the ceremony begins.

We ask that you do not bring a date unless it is specified on your invitation.

While we love the children in our life, our wedding is an adults-only event.

Yes there are two hotels available at a discounted rate in our Travel section. If any issues using the website or booking a room, please let us know! The block may fill up, but we can always add additional rooms :)
