What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
We will be starting the wedding ceremony at 4:30pm. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to the ceremony as we will start promptly at 4:30pm.
How do I get to and from the venue?
Since most people are staying in different areas of Austin/Dripping Springs we will not be coordinating shuttles/rides.
Please note if you are coming from Downtown/East Austin, it will take you about 45 min- 1 hour to get to the venue during rush hour. We recommend calling an Uber/Lyft and pre-scheduling one at night as Ubers are limited at night near the venue.
There is also parking on site.

Is there a theme or dress code?
Black tie (optional)/formal.
Men: Suit and tie or tuxedo
Women: Floor or mid length dress (jumpsuits and nice dress pants are acceptable). Dark/bright colors acceptable.
Please do not wear sneakers, sandals, hats, boots, etc... and avoid wearing white/cream colors.
Can I bring a date/ +1?
We can only accommodate the individual(s) named on the envelope. We are prioritizing +1's for married/engaged couples and partners of friends who we're personally friends with. No plus ones unless clearly designated. If you are unsure if you get a +1, please reach out to us directly.
Are kids welcomed?
To give all our guests the opportunity to let their hair down and have a good time without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children.
Are room blocks available for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
Yes! We have multiple rooms blocks set aside depending on where guests want to stay - please view the travel tab for more information.
We have a room block at a hotel near the venue at Sleep Inn and Suites - Dripping Springs.
We understand some guests plan on staying in Austin for the whole weekend and would prefer to stay closer to Downtown so we blocked some rooms at multiple hotels in Downtown Austin for the full weekend. If a hotel you are interested in no longer has any rooms, please let us know.
If you plan on booking an Airbnb or another hotel, we recommend booking around Downtown Austin, East Austin, or near South Congress.
Which airport should I fly into?
Out of town visitors should fly into Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. We recommend booking travel ASAP as September is a busy month in Austin and there is a UT home football game that weekend as well.
Will you be holding any other events throughout the weekend ?
Yes! We would love to spend more time with our guests that are visiting Austin for the weekend. We plan on either having an after party right after the wedding or a gathering at a bar/venue (most likely near Downtown or East Austin) the next day, Saturday 9/21. Stay tuned for more details!
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! Last call will be at 10:30pm.
When will the wedding end?
All guests need to be out of the Arlo by 11:00pm.
Is there free parking at the venue?
Yes there is free parking at the Arlo. Please use gate code 2021# if the gate is closed on arrival. We highly recommend not drinking and driving and taking an Uber to the venue.
I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?
If you have any dietary restrictions and or allergies, please specify on our RSVP form.
Will the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
The plan is to have the ceremony and reception indoors. Please note temperatures can go up to 90-100 F in September. Ceremony might be outside if weather is below 80 F.
Cocktail hour will be outside, good weather permitting.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?
Please turn off your cameras and devices until after the ceremony. Though our I Do’s are unplugged, our reception is not and we encourage everyone to take as many pictures and videos post ceremony.

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?
Yes, we will have a card box.
I'm visiting from out of town. What can I do while I'm in Austin?
Please refer to the "Things to Do" tab.
We most likely will be hosting a post wedding event on Saturday for those guests that are interested.

When do we need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP by July 20, 2024. We ask that you RSVP as soon as possible though so we can plan accordingly.
