We would highly recommend booking ASAP as May 18th is a long weekend and the Rocky Mountains always book up far in advance.

Canmore is about an hour drive from the Calgary airport. There are buses/shuttles you can take or rental cars you can get from the airport. Canmore is part of the Rocky Mountains. For those traveling from outside of Alberta, if you are making a trip out of it, feel free to ask Sean or Steph for hotel recs (for before or after the wedding) and the best things to do.

As we are lucky enough to have built our life together, we have decided not to register for weddings gifts. The most important gift to us is having you be able to join us and share in our special day. If you still wish to mark this occasion with a gift, we would be so grateful to receive a contribution towards our Honeymoon to Croatia. Above all else we look forward to celebrating our wedding with all our friends and family who are able to make the journey.

That is a great question. May 2022 was still snowing. May 2023 was 30 degrees and sunny. It is very unpredictable and the mountains can see 4 seasons in 1 day. Prepare for anything :)

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors. We will be doing our first look and photos before the ceremony outside with the mountain backdrop.
