We have a room block at the Graduate Hotel Cville, located on W. Main St at the UVA Corner. Details and a link are provided in the "Travel" tab of this website. There are plenty of great hotel and Airbnb options near the UVA Corner or in the general Charlottesville area.

St. Thomas Aquinas Church is easily accessible as it is located right next to UVA. It has a large parking lot that is available to us. Keswick Hunt Club is 10-15 minutes to the east of Charlottesville. We will be providing two shuttle buses from the Graduate Hotel (at the UVA Corner) at about 4:30pm. See the front desk of the Graduate if you have any questions regarding the shuttles. There will also be parking available at the venue as well as Uber/Lyft available. Both the ceremony and reception venues are ADA accessible.

It will be cocktail attire, i.e. suits and dresses.

Yes! Around 9pm we will be meeting at the Graduate Hotel rooftop bar (named the Trophy Room) located on the 9th floor. All guests are welcome!

If your invitation did not include a plus one, please reach out to the bride or groom and we will do our best to accommodate.

Yes! Children of all ages are welcome to both the ceremony and the reception.

Charlottesville is just under a 2 hour drive from the Washington Dulles airport, and a little over a 1 hour drive from the Richmond airport. Charlottesville also has its own airport, with flights from New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, DC, Charlotte, Atlanta.
