Please complete the online form below with details of
all passenger names and drop off locations 2 weeks prior to the wedding to coordinate the shuttle routes. Any final amendments can be made with the Southlands Barn team on your set up day.
• Please note we will not be able to adjust individual drop off timings as these will be based on the best route for our drivers. (This does not
include our wedding couples, please let us know the timings you would like to be dropped off and we will be sure to make that happen for you)
• Please be aware that if guests are not ready at their allocated pick up
time it may mean we are unable to take them to their required drop off.
A copy of all shuttle service run times will be put up by the bar on the evening of your wedding day.
• Please be aware we do not provide any form of car seat and therefore, if not provided by the guests, by law, we will be unable to carry any passengers under the age of 12 or 135cm in height, whichever comes first.
• We do our best to keep our vehicles clean for all our wedding couples and their guests. There may be a charge if the shuttle buses are at all damaged or if any sickness occurs.
• We do not offer a shuttle service pre-wedding, therefore we recommend
guests organise car shares where possible if staying at the same location,
however, where this is not possible we can offer a vehicle collection shuttle service the morning after if needed.
• As a venue we pride ourselves in being flexible and will always do what
we can to help our couples and ensure you have the very best day
