Unfortunately, due to venue restrictions, we are unable to accommodate additional plus ones. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.
Can I bring my kids?
As much as we love your little ones, this will be a 16+ event. We hope this advance notice will allow you a much-deserved night off to celebrate with us!
What should I wear?
We are requesting that guests dress in cocktail attire. Please avoid wearing white dresses and jeans.
Our ceremony will be taking place outdoors in a grassy area, so ladies, please keep this in mind when choosing your footwear! Don't forget those comfy shoes to dance the night away in!
How do I RSVP?
Please click the RSVP tab in the menu bar and search your name to RSVP. Please let us know if you are having difficulty. Please send us your acceptances or regrets by May 14, 2025.
Can I take pictures
We have paid for professional photography and videography to capture the ceremony. We ask that you turn off your electronics during our ceremony to ensure you are in the moment and not in the way of our photographers. We would love to see all your faces in our pictures celebrating with us and not your phones in the air or isle! After the ceremony, is complete and the wedding party has exited, you may turn on your devices and take pictures of whatever you wish!
What time is the wedding?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. Due to venue restrictions we are unable to have guests show up too early. Please begin to arrive at 5:00pm.
How do I get to the venue?
There is a large parking lot at the venue if you wish to drive. There will also be shuttle transportation to and from the hotel. The shuttle will pick you up at the lobby of the hotel at __TBD__.
What if I have a dietary restriction?
We have multiple plated dinner options that you can pick from when you RSVP. We do have a vegetarian option by request only. Please reach out to Zack or Stephanie if you would need the vegetarian option. If these options do not suit your allergies or dietary restrictions, or if you have additional concerns, please don't hesitate to email us at stephandzack2025@gmail.com and we will confer with our venue caterer.
What will there be to drink?
We will have an open bar with a variety of different options. We will also have a variety of non-alcoholic options available.
What do I do if something changes and I can/can't make it after I have RSVPed?
We understand things come up. Just email us right away at stephandzack2025@gmail.com so we can make changes.
