There is parking available at the venue of you are staying at the hotel. There is also free valet service at the front of the venue for all guests.

The ceremony will be outside on the beach, weather permitting. The cocktail hour and reception will be indoors overlooking the beach.

Please arrive to the venue by 4:00pm to give yourself enough time to find parking or valet and be fully seated by 4:20pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm.

Your invitation will be addressed to named individuals invited or "your name & guest" with the number of seats we have reserved for you. If you only have 1 seat reserved we unfortunately cannot accommodate a guest/date to come with you due to our venues limited space available.

We love all of your children and cherish the time we spend with them but we have chosen to have an adult only wedding with the exception of the children in the wedding.

We’d love to see our friends and family dressed up for our big day! Dress code is black tie optional. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white (including shoes). The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) on the beach, please dress to the weather and for your comfort.

Yes, the reception and the ceremony are both at Icona Diamond Beach. The ceremony will be held on their beach (weather permitting)and the reception will be held in their ballroom. If it rains, the ceremony will be in the ballroom.

Yes, dinner will be served during the reception. Dinner will consist of a Caesar salad and a duo platter with filet mignon and crab encrusted sea bass. There will be a vegetarian option available, which will need to be noted on your RSVP dinner card. If you have any other dietary restrictions, please note them on your RSVP dinner card.
