There are 2, 28-passenger shuttles departing from the Hyatt Regency at 4:15 PM to the chapel. You will receive a text from Stephanie or Brock confirming you are taking the shuttle and what shuttle you are on. After the ceremony, the shuttle will take you to the reception. If you did not sign up, please do not take the shuttle as they are now full and not making multiple trips. At the conclusion of the reception, the shuttles will make multiple trips back to the hotel starting at 10:30 PM or you may use Uber/Lyft. The hotel, chapel, and reception venue are all within 10 minutes of each other. There is also free parking at the reception venue if you want to leave your car there overnight.

Yes! Free parking is available at both the ceremony and reception venues.

Our dress code is cocktail attire. Most importantly, wear something you can dance in!

Louisville International Airport is the closest airport and is about 10-15 minutes away from downtown Louisville where the hotel is.
