March 11 through March 17 – feel free to arrive and leave within that time period. Don’t worry, I know some people are staying the whole time so you’ll have plenty of people to enjoy your stay with and celebrate our special day. Of course, the wedding is on Saturday, March 14.

The cost of the rooms per night/per person are as follows and includes food at all the restaurants, all beverages including alcohol, 24-hour room service, a fully stocked refrigerator in your room, taxes and gratuities, and all of the fun and excitement we’ll have sharing the celebration.

We highly suggest booking your stay now, as we do not have rooms blocked for the wedding and the hotel could sell out. You can use a credit card to hold your reservation and you won’t be charged until the wedding. If something happens and you have to change your plans, that can be done without penalty (but I know you won’t want to miss our special day). By booking early, we may also all be placed in a special tower for the wedding party – even more fun in the sun.

Some of the other things, informal and formal, we’ll be doing is a Welcome Party on Friday, March 13, an awesome Reception after the ceremony featuring one of Stephanie’s castmates from Disney, DJing the night away, and a day-after brunch. We will be scheduling these and more events to get together during the week at many of the different restaurants, bars, pool area and beach areas of the resort closer to our special day. Since all of you will be guests at Fiesta Americana, we will be able to enjoy each others companies and all of the amenities they have to offer.

Yes. The wedding, our celebration and discounted room rate for our family and friends were negotiated with our guests staying at the resort. I mean- really, we get all of that, get to hang, chill, party and celebrate with our closest friends and family- we could not ask for anything more than to share our special day and week with you at the Fiesta Americana Condesa!

The minimum stay is a 3 (three) nights requirement. Just make sure Saturday night is one of your chosen nights

Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun is guaranteeing the special wedding rate until February 11, 2020. After that date, you can still book a room, but it will be at the normally scheduled rate. However, as we mentioned earlier, rooms can go fast and subject to the property selling out. Why not reserve now with a credit card to hold your room.

In the event you need to cancel (and we hope you don’t), no charge will apply to the guarantee given at the time of booking if you cancel 16 days prior to arrival date.

Unfortunately not. All room categories have a maximum of 3 adults in a room. So if you're traveling with 4 adults, you'll need to do two rooms at a double occupancy.

Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun is a family-friendly resort. While you are welcome to bring children, guests under 18 years old will not be allowed as it is an adults only wedding and reception. The discounted price we negotiated (and is guaranteed) is based on their current rates in 2018. At this time, they have not posted (or finalized) their 2020 rates, but like everything else it will probably increase making your rate well worth it. You may have checked a similar 2019 date and found the rates just slightly more than what we negotiated. In almost every case, that’s a “Special Rate” that is usually limited in time and usually limited by the number of rooms available at those prices. We do request all of our wedding guests to reserve their rooms using the reservation process listed above. We can’t wait to share our exciting and special day(s) with you.
