Is there parking onsite?
Yes, parking is located at the front of the venue. After parking there will be a beautiful scenic bridge that will take you straight to the ceremony & reception area.
Can I RSVP online or do I need to mail in a RSVP card?
We invite you to RSVP online, here. Or there will be a QR code / website link provided on invitations sent out.
What date should I RSVP by?
RSVP by April 1st, 2025 through April 20th, 2025.
Is the venue handicap and wheelchair accessible?
Yes, we made sure that all family and friends could attend our special day.
Will the wedding be inside or outside?
The ceremony is outside and then we will move indoors for the reception. If it should rain during the ceremony then we will move indoors. If rain does occur, there will be a short break to switch out the ceremony floorplan to the reception floorplan.
Have you reserved blocks of rooms from one or more hotels?
Out of town guest need to arrange accommodations for their own room stays.
What is the dress code for your wedding?
Dress code will be "Formal Attire" or "Black Tie Optional Attire". We would love to see everyone dress as fancy as possible. Treat it as if it's your second Prom, or even your first. Feel free to dress up but do not dress down. ABSOUTLY NO jeans or t-shirts.
What is the weather like in the area?
Oklahoma has very bipolar weather. Pack an umbrella and a light jacket. Weather that can occur during this time of year is heat, rain, sunny and or muggy. Temperature ranges between 80 degrees to 100 degrees.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Absolutely not unless we are contacted before the RSVP dates. Seating arrangements are preplanned and we will not make arrangements for extra guests. If extra guests uninvited show up, they will be escorted to leave.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
Absolutely! We love your children and ours will be there to accompany them as well.
What type of food and drinks will be served at the wedding?
We will have a couple options. A Food & Beverage truck will be located outside the reception area. There will also be Charcuterie boards inside to snack on before your meal.
Will there be an open bar?
There will be one special Cocktail option on our Beverage truck located outside. Tips are greatly appreciated. There will be NO hard liquor due to package options we chose.
Where should we bring or send our wedding gifts?
If you're bringing a card, the card box will be located outside by the guest book. If gifts are purchased please send them to the address listed on the wedding registry. But if desired to bring a gift, next to the card box it shall sit.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
Arrive between 2 pm - 3 pm. Be courteous of other guest / vendors arriving at the same time. We gave everyone an hour before the ceremony to park and mingle. Again, you can look at the outline on the "Home" tab of the wedding website.
What time will your wedding reception end?
8 p.m. is when the reception ends. This allows time for us to clean up the venue before midnight.
Will there be a time gap between the ceremony and reception?

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
Of course! We ask that you please send all copies to Bride and or Groom for a photo album making afterwards. (405)503-9487 (405)206-1305
Can I share photos on social media of the wedding?
Yes! We are excited about our big day and hope everyone else is too. Please tag us in any and all of the photos. We also ask that you be very mindful of other people and their children if they don't want their picture taken.
What health and safety measures will be in place?
A hired CPR trained and certified individual and a hired body guard for safety and or assistance.
Can I smoke and or vape?
Smoking is prohibited on the premises. No open flame on the property.
