A little back story on Stephanie & Ben. Stephanie is from Columbia, TN and Ben is from Fort Lauderdale, FL .


We met at Bo’s Beach in Fort Lauderdale in January of 2021. We talked and drank for hours that night until Stephanie had to go because she had to catch her flight home the next morning. So Ben made his move and asked for her number- which she kindly said no- she explained she didnt live here and didnt see the point. Ben was very persistent and explained him & his friends were going to be in Nashville in a few weeks for a golf trip and he would love to take her to dinner. Stephanie still figured she would never hear from this guy again, but whatever- she gave him her number and off she went back to TN the next morning. Ben texted Stephanie many times before the trip and when he arrived in Nashville he really wanted to take her to dinner and she was hesitant because her friends mentioned what if this guy she met in South FL was a serial killer; but she decided YOLO, and went to Nashville (but gave her friends her location). They ended up hitting it off and decided to see where things would go with this relationship.


They did long distance for a year & a half which involved many many flights- but they grew closer and stronger during that time. Stephanie finally decided to make the move to FL in July of 2022. They moved in together with their two pups Riley & Bernie.


After about 3 years together, Stephanie wondered when Ben would pop the question.........and At Last only 4 years of waiting he finally popped the question at Sapphire Point- Lake Dillon in Dillon, CO on January 16, 2025. Stephanie of course said NO when he first asked but again Ben was very persistent and Stephanie decided YOLO and said YES. (Kidding I was just really excited & couldnt believe it was happening). We have had so many amazing adventures traveling the world but we are the most excited for this one! We are SO excited to celebrate with everyone and cant wait for this next chapter in life!
