Our ceremony will be held at 4PM on 7/9/16 at St. John's Catholic Church at 126 W. Georgia St. in Indianapolis, IN 46225

Our reception will be at the Crowne Plaza Union Station at 123 West Louisiana St. in Indianapolis, IN 46225

Sunday Brunch

Please join us for a casual farewell brunch Sunday morning from 10:30-12:30. The brunch will take place in the Severin Lobby, the hotel's original reception area It is located behind the registration desk.

Some highlights are the Indianapolis Children's Museum, the Canal Walk, White River State Park, and the Indianapolis Zoo. My personal favorite is the Indianapolis Museum of Art. It also lists recommendations for restaurants, shopping, and bars!

How We Met

Her side of the story 

In the summer of 2013 I had just graduated from Indiana University, moved to Chicago, and started my job at Coyote Logistics. Part of the training program at Coyote involves sitting with a different rep each day. You get to know people at the company and learn about how different positions and personalities work within Coyote. On July 5th I was assigned to sit with Ryan Campbell. As it was the day after the 4th neither of us was necessarily at the top of our game! I was immediately blown away by Ryan's intensity and drive- and how fast he spoke! I'm usually an avid note taker but was only able to jot down a couple of his pointers. A few weeks later I organized a trolley for my training class and we invited some of the people we'd met during the training process. I invited Ryan. He ended up helping me organize the event and I couldn't figure out why he was giving me such a hard time. (He told me later I needed toughening up if he was ever going to have a shot with me)After the trolley, I started spending more and more time with Ryan and his roommates, Kyle and Drew. He first asked for a date in September and was (I hope kindly) turned down. A few weeks (and a few declined invitations) later the Tigers were playing the Red Sox in the American League championship. The game was on during my birthday party in my apartment. Knowing what I know now about Ryan's superstition surrounding any important sporting event, it's incredible that he was willing to watch the game away from home!After the Red Sox won, I told Ryan that I would go on a first date with him.... if the Red Sox won the World Series. We watched every game in the series together and the rest is history!

HIS SIDE OF THE STORY

I will never forget the date as it was the day after July 4th. I was sitting at my desk waiting for Stephanie to come sit with me to learn a little about Coyote since she was new to the company. She introduced herself and she smiled. As cliche as this may sound, the second I saw her smile I knew there was something different about her, something I could not put my finger on. After the brief meeting I just knew I needed to get to know her better. I was not sure why but there was just something about her. The following months were filled with light conversation back and forth, a few social meetings between the two of us with other friends, and a small number of failed attempts at asking Stephanie out on a date. Despite my best efforts, for the next few months after July I was stuck in the friend zone. My two roommates at the time, Drew Hormann and Kyle Weldon, noticed this as well. Two great guys who I begged to come around with me to various nights out and social events at Stephanie's apartment just so I could see her. They came along without question. God bless them. At one point they even brought up the notion of maybe realizing it was not going to happen regardless of how had I tried. She had that beautiful smile though, so I knew I could not give up.Stephanie's birthday is October 13th. She had a party at her apartment and my two best wing men tagged along. That night the Redsox were playing a very important game against the Detroit Tigers. A win meant they would go on to the World Series. My attention that night bounced between the TV and Stephanie. The Sox won the game and Stephanie gave me a big hug. This was no normal hug, this was a great big HUG. At that moment I had new hope. I knew there was a chance, however so slight, still a chance. I do not remember if it happened the night of Stephanie's birthday or soon after, but she proposed an idea. She said if the Redsox won the World Series she would agree to go on a first date with me. I was so happy. The Sox in 2013 were dubbed the team of destiny during the playoffs and I was in complete agreement. We ended up watching all the games together and celebrated on Halloween eve when the Sox won and I knew I would finally get my first date. I will never forget that night of our first date. She looked absolutely stunning, and like always, she had her beautiful smile. The rest is history..

Bridal Party

Matron of Honor- Erica Sorg 

I owe so much to my big sister- she taught me how to park a car and counseled me though Calculus and continues to set a wonderful example for me every day. When I have tough decisions to make I always want her counsel. Erica thank you for who you are in my life. I can't wait to go through this process together and share my wedding day with you!

Bridesmaid- Hannah Watson

My younger sister Hannah is one of the most empathetic people in my life. She is kind enough to put up with my idiosyncrasies and always makes me laugh. Somehow she is also the most serious and the silliest person I know! Hannah, I am counting on you to lead the way on the dance floor!

Bridesmaid- Meredith Watson

My youngest sister Meredith endured countless of her sisters' practices and recitals- now she's the one we go to for style and fashion advice! I'm so proud of the woman Meredith is every day and can't wait to see what she does in the future. Mere, your future at IU puts the Hoosiers in this bridal party in the majority!

Bridesmaid- Alysa Campbell

I have been so fortunate to get to know my future sister-in-law over the last year and a half in Chicago. Alysa is creative, smart, and absolutely the person I would want with me in a crisis. I am so looking forward to sharing more memories in the coming years!

Bridesmaid- Kathryn Del Re

My roommate and fellow Hoosier Kathryn is the person I go to with all of my day-to-day worries, confessions, and anecdotes. She is also responsible for running point on my engagement with Katie Wright. Kathryn, thank you in advance for living with me while I'm engaged and at least pretending to be interested in all my wedding musings!

Bridesmaid- Caroline Donoghue

I think at this point my sorority sister Caroline might like Ryan more than she likes me- she has been incredibly and genuinely happy for me ever since she first saw us together. Caroline, you get credit for calling this one! I'm counting on you to be the person who tells me my make up is smudged from happy tears and that my dress is bustled incorrectly. Thank you for being there for me now and always! ITB

Bridesmaid- Sarah Warner

In college I was constantly mistaken for my sorority sister Sarah- something I always took as a compliment! No matter what we're doing, I can always count on having a great time with Sarah. She is someone who makes anything better just by being a part of it! Sarah, I can't wait to celebrate the most important day of my life so far with you. ITB.

Bridesmaid- Katie Wright

Katie has been my friend since middle school and through high school and college. She had the stressful duty of keeping me occupied on the day Ryan proposed- I thought we were having a long-awaited girls' weekend to celebrate her successful CPA exams. Little did I know Ryan was planning to crash our plans! Katie, I still owe you that dinner!

Kyle Weldon- Best Man

Kyle was my roommate multiple times throughout college and in Chicago and was there from the beginning of Stephanie and me. He's a loyal friend I have been able to count on like family from the day I met him. I can thank Kyle for teaching Stephanie the game of baseball (since apparently my explanations are never clear). AKA half of the best dressed golf duo you will ever find.

Sam Dawes- Best Man

Sam is one of the most intelligent and rational friends I have and someone who has been there for me since the day I met him. The day he met Stephanie I remember him telling me I had found a great girl and not to mess it up. The day I told him I was going to marry her he was about as happy for me as anyone, truly a great friend.

Drew Hormann- Groomsman

Drew was a roommate of mine through college and in Chicago. I met Drew freshman year at Miami.He's probably one of the most relaxed and happy friends I have; I can't think of a time that was not enjoyable when Drew was around. He's someone who I value dearly as a great friend and there is no way I could imagine getting married without him there.

Jon Edgington - Groomsman

Dr. Edgington. Fellow Chicagoan and whiskey aficionado with the most infectious laugh you will ever hear. Jon and I became good friends in college and I was thrilled when Jon took a job here in Chicago. I was honored to be a part of his wedding and I couldn't be happier that he will be a part of mine.

John Drosick- Groomsman

John and I met in high school and have been close friends ever since. I truly believe no one understands my obsession with sports and sarcastic nature better than John does. One of my favorite things about John is that it doesn't matter how much time has passed since I last saw him, we always pick up right where we left off.

Michael Fassler- Groomsman

The King of Swing in the batting cages at Slugger's in Wrigleyville, Michael and I have been friends since high school. It never matters what we are doing - if Michael is involved I am always having a good time. For as high- strung as I can be, Michael is the exact opposite and the balance is perfect. Honored to have him up there when I get married.

Brian Roche- Groomsman

When I thought about who I wanted to be my groomsmen, Brian was one of the first people that popped into my head. I have been lucky enough to call Brian a good friend since high school. He is someone I can always trust to shoot me straight and that is something everyone needs. Very excited he can be a part of this special day.

Jay Hartenbach - Goomsman

I am extremely lucky to have such a close family. Jay is far from the traditional cousin and would be better described as a brother. When we were young, we would terrorize my mother and aunt with all our fights and as we have grown older, we have each other's backs like brothers would. I brought Stephanie down to Florida to meet the entire extended family and instantly Jay knew she was special and belonged. I look forward to the memories and vacations ahead that Jay, his wife Nicole, Stephanie, and I will have.
