When Should I arrive At the ceremony/Venue?
Our ceremony will start promptly at 3:00 PM. Please arrive 30 minutes before the start time to ensure that you have time to park and settle into your seats.
will i need to travel after the ceremony?
We are grateful that all events for our special day will be taking place at Sparrow Lane, once you arrive there you can be fully present and enjoy celebrating with us for the day and well into the evening.
May I Bring My Children?
We love the little ones in our lives and are grateful that they light up the world. We have decided to make this an adults-only celebration so that you can enjoy a parent's night out. If you have an infant, please get in touch with us.
Also if you require help finding childcare for the afternoon and evening, please get in touch with us, and we will assist you in finding something.
WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?
We kindly ask that you RSVP by July1st, 2024 just to ensure that we can finalize our numbers.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE ON SITE?
Yes, there is free parking at the venue. Guests can leave their cars overnight, however, all cars must be picked up by 10 am the following day (September 15th)
CAN I BRING A GUEST/PLUS ONE?
The names of those invited are listed on the invitation; if you have a special someone who is meaningful to you and has entered your life recently please reach out to us.
What is formal/ black tie attire?
This is such a special day for us, and it is a milestone in our life. We are excited for everyone to feel classy, elegant, and fabulous! We truly appreciate your presence on this significant occasion.
There can sometimes be confusion on what 'black tie optional' entails, so we have included some information/ examples for you just as ideas. We wanted to give everyone flexibility with choosing what to wear but keeping the intention that it is a formal occasion at the forefront of your mind.
*Please avoid wearing espresso, as this is the bridesmaid's colours*
Ensure you feel comfortable enough to dance the night away in whatever classy dress wear you choose!

Please avoid wearing cowboy boots, jeans, shorts, cargo pants, sneakers, boots, polo shirts, flip-flops, and golf attire.
