What is the date and time of the wedding?

Thursday - September 26, 2024 - 13:00. Guest should arrive at 12:30pm

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

The Ceremony will be at Iglesia Santa Barbara. The reception will be at Finca El Gasco.

Is there a theme or dress code for the wedding?

Formal attire. Black Tie and cocktail dresses for women in different colors. No black or white dresses.

Will there be any special activities or traditions during the wedding?

We are still figuring it out. Any recommendations will be appreciated.

Is there a rehearsal dinner planned? If so, when and where will it be held?

Yes. Tuesday, September 24th at the restaurant Filandon at 1:30 pm. There is also a cocktail party on Wednesday at 7:30 pm at Circulo de Bellas Artes Rooftop in Madrid city center.

Are there any recommended hotels or accommodations nearby?

Yes, the wedding planner will provide this information soon. We will try to obtain a good deal for a hotel.

Do you have any suggestions for transportation options to and from the venue?

We will provide transportation from the city to the ceremony and reception.

Can guests bring a plus one?

Yes, but please when you RSVP let us know you are bringing a plus one.

Do you have a wedding registry? If so, where is it registered?

Yes, check the tab on our website for the registry. If you can't find it, please get in touch with us.

Are guests expected to bring gifts?

No, we are not expecting gifts. Just by you being part of our special day is enough. If you would like to bring a gift, it will be very appreciated.

Is there a preferred method for gift delivery?

For material gifts, please send them to our address. For the cash funds registry, we will provide our bank details.

Will there be meal options available for guests with dietary restrictions?

Yes, please provide us with your dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can provide this information to the catering company.

How should guests indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies?

When you RSVP on our website, you can also let us know by text.

What should guests wear based on the season and venue?

Afternoon high temperatures tend to average around 28 C (83 F) early in the month but cool to 25 C (77 F).

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors? Should guests prepare for any specific weather conditions?

The wedding ceremony is indoors and the celebration will be outdoors. We will pay close attention to the weather as we get near our date. If anything changes we will inform the guests.

Are guests allowed to take photos during the ceremony and reception?
