On March 26, 2016, Stephanie went out for a night of dancing. She was introduced for the first time that night to Justin. They had a few mutual friends, had both attended Syracuse University before moving out to Los Angeles, and had even shared a class without realizing it. Though they only met briefly that night, they hoped for a chance to get to know one another. The stars aligned later that summer when a mutual friend of theirs decided to throw a Shrek-themed house party and invited the entire Syracuse mafia, of which Stephanie and Justin were card-carrying members. That day, Stephanie had decided she needed a break from the chaotic Los Angeles dating scene. She was no longer interested in dating young men who worked in the entertainment industry and were from the East coast - she had been burnt too many times. As luck would have it, she showed up at the party and again encountered Justin, a young man who worked in entertainment and was from the East coast. Sparks began to fly over a couple pints of swamp juice as Justin asked for Stephanie’s phone number. A week later on August 12, 2016, they went on their first date. It was clear from the start that they had something special together - and this was only the beginning. Over the next few years, the two became utterly inseparable as they bonded over their love of TV, food, wine, music and travel. Whether they journeyed internationally to places like Japan and Cancún or took road trips to places like Colorado and New Mexico, what was most important to them was that they experienced it all together. They soon realized that they had found a life partner in one another and never looked back!
