DFW Airport (most airlines) is about 12 minutes away. Love Field Airport (Southwest) is about 40 minutes away.

This is the only hotel in Flower Mound. There are others in surrounding areas like Lewisville and Grapevine, but they will not be 8 minutes away from the ceremony. We have added another hotel (Hampton Inn) just north of DFW airport and about 17 minutes from Flower Mound.

It depends. The Dallas/Fort Worth area is very spread out. If you want to explore, you will most likely want a car. You can do Lyft or Uber anywhere, but from Love Field airport to Flower Mound, it would be $100 or more. If you come into the DFW airport, a Lyft is around $25 each way.

The weather is always a mixed bag here in the fall. You can get a little bit of summer and a little bit of winter. The temps are between 50 and 80 degrees most days.

Thanks for asking. We will be "gussied up" in fancy dresses, tuxes, and suits. We'd love it if you dressed up with us, but you do you. If that means your nice cowboy boots with your suit, that works.

The reception is on-site right beside the chapel.

There will be a shuttle running from the hotel over to the venue. It is also an easy 8-minute walk between the hotel and the ceremony/reception site. If you have a rental car, there is a large parking garage with plenty of free parking right across from the venue.

The venue recently changed hands. So it may be called the Chapel at River Walk instead of the River Walk Chapel & Hall. The address remains the same: 4040 Riverwalk Dr., Flower Mound, TX 75028.

The wedding starts promptly at 4:00 pm, followed by an outdoor cocktail hour (while we take family photos, hopefully at sunset). We will open up the Hall around 5:15 and get the reception started around 5:30 with the opening festivities followed by dinner and dancing. Please bring your dancing shoes to dance the night away with us! We are still finalizing all the details, but it will end at 10 or 11 pm.
