As most of you know, Stephanie & Mathew both love to have a good time. While both enjoying a beverage separately with their friends they locked eyes at the local pub. Prior to this day they both knew of one another from a mutual friend and as soon as Mat realized who it was he approached Steph and spent the rest of the evening with her... the rest was history.

It was the morning of the "Murphy Christmas Brunch" and Mat was being super antsy. As Stephanie walked into the living room ready to go she sat on the couch while Mat was sitting across from her. This is when Mat said, "Ellie go show your mom your new name tag." Stephanie looked down at the name tag as it read, " Will you marry my dad?" Stephanie was shocked and turned her head and their Mat was on one knee. She of course said, "YES!"

It didn't take long for Stephanie & Mathew to realize that they met "the one." They both valued the same things in life, family, friends and their love for a great adventure. Since then they decided to build a life together and of course include their Ellie girl along every step of the way.
