If we do not get your RSVP back by the date provided above, it will be marked as a “No.” We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to the venue in a timely manner. We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! So, we are requesting that all of our guest dress in semi-formal attires. We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride: whites, ivories and creams. Thank you! All of our beautiful bridesmaids will be wearing a Burnt Orange/Paprika.

We have arranged for a shuttle to transport guests to and from the venue. SHUTTLE TIME STARTS AT 1PM Pick up destinations TO the wedding •Rock & Gold Gymnastics •Metro •Foodland •Mountjoy Arena ARRIVE AT Mount Jamieson between 2:30pm-2:45pm for the ceremony AT 3pm Shuttle at the END of the night will drop you off at your house. Shuttle bus times will be •9:30PM •11PM LAST BUS is at 1:30AM ** Last call for alcohol is 12:45AM

Please plan on arriving at 2:30pm to give yourself time to find a seat before the ceremony begins at 3:00pm.

We have hired a professional photographer to capture our special day and ask that you do not use your cellphones or cameras during the ceremony. However, you are more than welcome to take photos and videos of the rest of the night! We will have a QR Code place in the reception for the POV APP. It works the same way as a disposable camera but more budget friendly and on your phone! Everyone gets to view the gallery from pictures that have been taken from each guest, in real time. How cool!?

After we say “I do” we welcome you to join us for cocktail hour where we will serve nonalcoholic and alcoholic beverages. We will also be serving a small appetizer during this time. We will take our seats for dinner at 6:30pm.

Unfortunately it will not be open bar. But, alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at the bar. This is a cash bar therefore we suggest bringing cash.

Your presence at our wedding is the best present of all and we are lucky to have all that we need. The ceremony will be held outside, weather permitting. If it’s too cold, raining or snowing, it will be held inside. The reception and the “after party” will be held inside the venue.

Yes, you may park your vehicle in the designated parking area by the ski hill and pick up your vehicle the following morning. Transportation will be provided before and after the wedding so we highly DISCOURAGE everyone from drinking and driving.
