Guests looking to stay additional nights will either be granted the $209 rate for the Deluxe guest rooms, or a discounted rate based on the current selling rates at the time of booking, whichever is in their favor.

- Parking is available for guests at the premium garage for $30 per 24 hours + tax. Lot is located at 618 Magazine St.

- Guests have a 72-hour cancellation: cancel 72 hours prior to arrival (4pm) to avoid a one-night penalty of room rate & taxes.

- Upgrades to Premium room an additional $30 per night (based on availability)
