Q + A

IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

Due to a festival taking place on our day in the area by our church, we have SECURED parking at Cohasset High School for our Church Ceremony. The address is 143 Pond St, Cohasset, MA. Please drive to this location to park for our ceremony. There will be transportation provided (WHITE SHUTTLE VAN) that will drive guests to the church for our ceremony. Once the ceremony ends, the shuttle van will drive guests back to the High School Lot. Please than drive to our reception venue (Barker House, Scituate, MA) - 10 minute drive. There is plenty of parking available at the reception. PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME FOR TRANSPORTATION. WE KINDLY ASK THAT GUESTS ARRIVE TO THE PARKING LOT BY 2:00 PM. THE SHUTTLE WILL NEED TO MAKE A FEW TRIPS. THANK YOU!

When should I RSVP?

If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation - that is great and very helpful! The last date to RSVP is May 17th, 2025. If we do not get an RSVP back from you by the date provided, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide total guest counts to our vendors in a timely manner. Due to this, we cannot accept late RSVP's. We hope that you understand!

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones during the ceremony?

We would love everyone to be present in the moment and share this special time with us. We are having an unplugged ceremony at our church. We hired two amazing photographers to capture all special moments. However, you are more than welcome to bring out your cameras and phones during the reception!

Can I bring a date/+1?

Due to the limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will appear directly next to your name on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. Due to space, we are only able to accommodate the children in our wedding party/family. We hope that you understand and can enjoy a fun date night!

What should I wear?

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting semi-formal or cocktail attire. For example: Women are more than welcome to wear any semi formal dress they would like. We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - white, ivories and creams. Men can wear a button - up, dress pants/khakis, a suit jacket (if desired). Feel free to reach out with any questions. It is June, so feel free to dress summery! Pastel colors are encouraged.

Where are the newly weds honeymooning?

We have been asked by so many and we are so excited to share that we will be honeymooning in Hawaii (Maui)! This is our first time here, so please feel free to share any travel recommendations, we would love to hear them!
