We have a link (see travel section for link) for the Holiday Inn Express that is located next door to our venue that gives you a discounted rate. They do not hold blocks of rooms, so it is first come first served. We recommend booking your rooms early as this hotel is a popular one in the area and can fill quickly.

We love your children, but we do request this be an adults-only event.

Parking is available on the south parking lot of the Two Brother's Roundhouse (between the roundhouse and the hotel) and cars can be left overnight if needed.

As our ceremony and reception will be held in the same location, and the hotel shares a parking lot with the venue and is a short, less than 2-minute walk away, there will not be a shuttle.

There are several other hotel options in the area, all about a 15 minute drive away. Here are some options: (TBD)

Cocktail attire

Please arrive at 4pm as the ceremony will begin at 4:30pm, followed by a cocktail hour and dinner. Dancing, drinks, and celebrations will follow, with the evening ending at 11pm.
