There is a room block for Friday and Saturday night. There’s a lot to check out especially being so close to the Pocono Mountains. Check out for the room block is on Sunday September 8th.

The sooner you book your room the better so it is guaranteed. The official room block list is due 30 days prior to the wedding. As per the hotel guidelines if anyone needs to cancel their reservation the hotel does request a call at least 24 hours prior to check in if possible.

Absolutely. Anyone who plans on enjoying the open bar we do recommend spend the night or arrange a ride if needed.

The ceremony will begin at 5pm so we recommend guests arrive a little early to be seated.

The bridal party will be wearing a dark forest green.

The rooms are at a discounted rate for wedding guests than what rooms would normally be at the hotel at this time. If you choose to stay at the hotel make sure to reserve your room for the “Geidel wedding”, to guarantee your discounted room.
