Josh and Steph first meet over 16 years ago. And while it took until 2012 for us to become a couple we quickly found a shared passion in travel and adventure.

In the spring of 2013, we flew to Jamaica for Josh's birthday. On our first day in Negril our first exploration was in search of food. A short walk from the Seastar Inn and we found Three Dives along the cliffs. Apparently we were very early for dinner so while the restaurant fired up the grills we drank cocktails and admired the sunset. Starring out at the completely clear western horizon we mused that this would be an amazing spot to get married.

Since that time there have been many more sunsets and stunning horizons. In 2017 we packed up, left VT and headed east, all the way to Vietnam, then Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia, Indonesia and eventually our final destination of Seattle.

While we're settled into our new west cost life our wanderlust hasn't left us. Last year we made our first trip to Europe as a couple, road tripping around Spain for 12 days. Then in August we made our way to Costa Rica where on the night of our 7 year anniversary we decided that we would become permanent partners in adventures. By the time we landed back in the US a few days later we had decided the perfect place to be married, the place where it all started.

Seven years and six months after our first international trip, we will stand less than 100 yards south of the spot where we first looked out upon an endless sea, we will commit to each other and a lifetime of adventure. We are so thrilled to share the experience that brought us together with those closest to us.
