Q + A

WHEN WILL THE FUTURE MR. & MRS. SADOWSKI BE ARRIVING?

We will be arriving on Wednesday, December 4th. Our room block is secured from December 4th - December 9th, so feel free to book your stay within those dates. Please keep in mind that the resort requires a minimum of a 3-night stay; however, you are welcome to stay as long as you'd like! If you'd like to extend your stay outside of these dates, please speak with our travel agent. The resort is beautiful and there is so much to do and see, so if you can stay longer than the weekend, we’d recommend it! If your stay will be short, it's recommended that you arrive early on Friday, December 6th, and depart Monday, December 9th to meet the 3-night minimum and be present for the wedding activities.

Can we book our hotel room on our own?

We have a room block that offers discounted pricing, so we'd strongly encourage everyone to book through our travel agency, Barefoot Bridal. All hotel arrangements should be made through them. Should you have any questions, you can reach their Customer Experience Experts at groups@barefootbridal.com, or call 866-8-BAREFOOT (866-822-7336). You can also email our travel agent, Sharon Kopp at sharon@barefootbridal.com . All booking information can be found on the "Hotel Rooms" tab above.

Will Transportation Be Provided To/From The Wedding?

An air-conditioned coach bus will be transporting our guests from the Hard Rock Hotel to the venue. Once the wedding is over, our guests will be transported back to the resort. Specific details will be provided closer to the wedding.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Attire is BEACH SEMI-FORMAL. Beach semi-formal wedding attire means "For women, a dress, suit, formal romper, or jumpsuit all work for a semi-formal or cocktail affair. Feel free to include prints, avoiding anything too loud or any style that might clash with the venue. If you choose to wear a beachy dress, specifically, consider it in either tea-length or maxi to avoid looking too casual. Dressy sandals, chunky heels, and wedges are acceptable footwear options. For men, while a jacket isn’t required, a breathable sport coat or unique blazer is a fun addition. Feel free to include prints, avoiding anything too loud as well. Shoes can be a little more casual, but they still need to be closed-toe, such as a loafer or deck shoe. Again, shorts and sandals are not permitted."

What Kind of Shoes should I wear?

We will be getting married on the beach so expect to be on sand for the ceremony. We will have a place to take your shoes off if you'd like to have your feet in the sand while we exchange vows. If you prefer to keep your shoes on, we would suggest staying away from heels. We will be off the beach for the cocktail hour and reception. No flipflops or sandals, save those for the resort!
