What is the address of the venue?
Our wedding and reception will be held at the Oak Grove venue on Jorgensen Farms:
7500 Harlem Rd, New Albany, OH 43054
How do we locate the Oak Grove Venue?
Jorgensen Farms has two separate venues and we will have our wedding + reception at Oak Grove.
If heading North on Harlem Rd. from Central College Rd., there will be a black rustic wagon with the words “Oak Grove” on the side of the road, you will turn right on a gravel road and continue straight towards the venue.
If heading South on Harlem Rd. from Walnut St., you will turn left on the gravel road once the wagon comes into sight.
Is the parking and venue handicap accessible?
Yes! Due to the gravel nature of the parking lot, our venue staff will be on standby with golf carts to shuttle guests to and from the parking lot to our wedding and reception location.
What is the dress code?
Our special occasion will take place during the early spring. Women may wear semi-formal separates or knee-length dresses. Men may wear suits or blazers with dress pants.
Are plus ones allowed?
Due to meal accommodations, we are unable to accommodate plus ones for all guests. Please refer to your personal invitation for specific invitee details.
Are children allowed at the venue?
We love your children. However, due to budgetary constraints, we cannot accommodate children on our wedding day, thank you for your understanding.
Do you have a gift registry?
Our registry is through our wedding website! We have established a cash fund contributing towards our honeymoon and future house projects if you would like to give a gift. We will also have a card box available at the venue.
Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
We plan on having an entree choice that's vegetarian and nut free to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions. Our cocktail hour appetizers will also all be clearly marked if they are allergy friendly (and there will be multiple allergy-friendly options). If you have additional restrictions that go beyond what we've listed here, please let us know in the designated section of your digital RSVP. We want you to feel comfortable and well fed!
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, the venue provides bar staff who will serve alcohol that we as the groom and bride have purchased. There will also be non-alcoholic options as well.
While we do wish for everyone to have a fun time celebrating with us, please refrain from bringing your own alcoholic drinks, we will have plenty of beverages to enjoy throughout the evening.
