We want you to be able to kick back, relax, and celebrate with us, which is why we have decided to have an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements to leave the kids at the home.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is formal. For men we recommend a suit and tie. For women, a dress or jumpsuit would work.
Will transportation be provided?
For guests staying at the Grand Cascades Lodge, a complimentary shuttle will take you to and from the wedding venue. The shuttle will depart GCL at 4:30 pm and will return to GCL after the reception at 11 pm.
Is parking available?
Yes, ample parking is available at the venue.
What time should I arrive?
Please plan on arriving at 5:00 to give yourself time to grab a drink and find your seat before the ceremony begins at 5:30.
Can I take photos?
We have hired a professional photographer to capture our special day and ask that you do not use your cell phones during the ceremony. However, you are more than welcome to take photos and videos the rest of the night!
What happens after the ceremony?
After we say “I do,” we welcome you to join us for the cocktail hour where we will serve beer, wine, cocktails, and hors d’oeuvres. We will take our seats for dinner at 7 pm.
Will there be an open bar?
We will be offering a full open bar of wine, beer, and spirits.
Are both the ceremony and reception taking place at the same location?
Yes! Both will be held at Ballyowen Golf Club at Crystal Springs Resort.
