We first connected on Hinge after I (Stephanie) was encouraged by my co-workers to reactivate my account. Our first meeting was at O'Toole's during March Madness. Despite the noisy atmosphere and the basketball game distractions, our date lasted nearly five hours! Our official first date was axe throwing, which turned out to be much more challenging than it looks!

On May 9, 2022, while relaxing on the couch at home, we had the classic DTR (Define The Relationship) talk and officially became a couple. From then on, we enjoyed learning about each other, growing together, and having fun.

In May 2023, we moved in together and soon after adopted our energetic and lovable corgipoo, Griswold. Then, on April 15, 2024, after dropping Griswold off at daycare for the weekend, Nahi surprised me by asking for help loading the truck for a weekend getaway in Detroit to celebrate my 30th birthday. When I opened the truck’s back door, I found a ring box and Nahi on one knee proposing! It was a perfect at-home proposal. Our drive to Detroit was filled with calls to family and exciting conversations about the wedding, making it a truly memorable birthday weekend.

Just two months later, on June 15, 2024, we welcomed another surprise—our daughter, Charlotte! Now, as a family of four, we’re thrilled to have you all join us on our wedding day. We love each of you dearly and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
