Please arrive to the venue with enough time to park, walk in, and take a seat before the ceremony! We will start on time, so if you cannot make it inside before 5 O'clock please wait to enter the room after the ceremony (at 5:30pm), thank you!

Although both the ceremony and reception take place in the same room, we will have a quick changeover in the room. Everyone will be asked to leave the ballroom for a short time to allow the staff to move tables and chairs. Thank you for your cooperation!
