Yes there is a dinner & everyone invited to the ceremony is invited to the dinner! Dinner & dancing to follow at the Haileybury Curling Club after the ceremony!

The ceremony will begin punctually at 3:30pm. In order to start the ceremony on time, we would appreciate it if all guests are seated by 3:15pm.

The ceremony will take place outside at the Haileybury Harbour Place and the reception will take place inside at the Haileybury Curling Club.

Parking is available at the City Hall Parking lot located at 325 Farr Drive. If preferred, you can also park at the Haileybury Curling Club (reception)!

We are having an ''unplugged ceremony'' (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say ''I do''. We have hired a professional to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

This is an adult-only celebration, with the exception of children specifically named on the invitation.

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Please try to avoid wearing a white dress & dusty sage!

Yes, both locations are wheelchair accessible.

Yes! We absolutely want to make sure you enjoy your time and enjoy your meal! Please let us know as soon as possible and be sure to include it in your RSVP!

Unfortunately, no. We will have a cash bar, alcohol will be served by the Haileybury Curling Club.

Yes, we are covering the cost for a shuttle to bring guests back to their homes at the end of the night. This service will be offered to our guests from 9pm until the last person leaves!
