Stephanie and Dylan first crossed paths at the University of Pretoria in 2014. Dylan was staying at Taaibos residence studying Supply Chain Management, while Stephanie was at Kaitjiepiering pursuing Visual Culture Studies.

Their initial connection was casual and friendly. It wasn’t until Kayla's 21st birthday party, where they shared their first kiss in the photobooth, that their relationship took a memorable turn.

Their first official date was at Maboneng in Johannesburg. Amidst the vibrant art and lively atmosphere, their bond grew stronger. Dylan later chose a special moment on his family farm to ask Stephanie to be his girlfriend, marking a significant step in their relationship.

Dylan and Stephanie navigated three years of long-distance. Stephanie worked at a gallery in London, and shortly after her return to South Africa, Dylan moved to Beira, Mozambique.

In December 2024, after six years of dating, Dylan proposed to Stephanie in Paris. The proposal took place outside a beautiful French building adorned with Christmas trees and twinkling lights.

Now, with April 2025 approaching, we are excited to say "I DO" surrounded by the natural beauty of the farm where our relationship began.
