Our dress code is formal. For men, a tuxedo is not required but we'd love to see you in a suit with or without a tie. For women, includes dressy cocktail atire, full-length, mid-length dresses, and dressy jumpsuits. We recommend wearing block heels- the ceremony is on the greens of the golf course.

Please arrive no later than 4:45pm to allow time to park and find your seat to allow the prompt start of our ceremony at 5:00pm.

The ceremony will be outside on the greens of the golf course. Cocktail hour will be outdoors on the terrace and inside the venue. Dinner and the reception will take place indoors.

We please ask for an unplugged ceremony (no phones or cameras) , we would love for you to enjoy our ceremony and allow for our photographers and videographer to capture the moment.

Yes, there is complementary valet at Great Oaks Country Club.

Although we love your kids, this will an adult only event. Please use this evening as a date night!

Due to space limitations, we can only accomondate our guests who are formally invited. Our guests with a plus one will be clearly addressed on the invitation.

Yes! Drinks are on us as long as you are on the dance floor.
