Garrett was living with his little sister Ashleigh his cousin Josh and Ashleigh's bff Celina. Celina and Steph are first cousins and grew up very close. Celina had invited Steph over to her house multiple times but it never quite worked out. Until finally Steph was able to make it over to their house for a party.
