Well, a girl warning everyone about her “Big Fat Greek Wedding” family caught my eye. It took me a while to get past my shyness and the whole online dating concept, but thankfully for me, Stephanie has ten times the amount of patience than I do. After going back and forth talking about the good, the bad and the ugly - we arranged to get coffee. I got there 20 minutes early and right when I sat down I got a message saying “I’m going to be about 20 minutes late.” I paced up and down Royal Oak Main Street sweating in 20° weather while my heart raced like I’d just run a marathon. Exactly 20 minutes later than planned, we finally met in person, ordered coffee and sat down for what ended up being both of our last first dates.
