There will be 4 shuttles picking up guests from the Best Western in Hood River at 3:45pm sharp to bring guests to the venue. Evening shuttles will begin at 8:30pm bringing guests back to the hotel. The last shuttle will depart at 10pm from the Griffin House.

The rehearsal dinner will be dressy casual - no jeans please. Use this guide to help you: https://generationtux.com/blog/style-guides/what-does-dressy-casual-mean // The brunch will be very casual. Feel free to wear what you feel most comfortable in!

Parking is extremely limited at our venue. We will have a shuttle to take all guests to the wedding, so you do not have to worry about driving yourself! The shuttle will be picking up and dropping off guests at the Best Western in Hood River.

We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest! As we have a strict guest list to stay within our venue's capacity, we can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, and teens. Please refer to the RSVP tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children. If we are unable to accommodate your children, we hope you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!

If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVP's received after this date will be marked as a 'no' as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!
