Central Park is closed to traffic. The Boathouse will provide a shuttle service at approximately 15 minute intervals to take guests to and from 5th Avenue and the Boathouse. It will stop at the corner of 80th street near the Metropolitan Museum’s garage, come down 5th Ave. and stop on 72nd street right inside the park. The shuttle will begin to run at about 6pm and takes all guests to the front door of the Boathouse. The closest stop to St. Ignatius Church is at 80th Street. Just look for the shuttle or van with the Boathouse name!


Guests may also walk to the Boathouse, as it is a very pleasant and relatively short walk. Guests can enter the Park at 5th Avenue and 72nd Street, and follow the traffic road to the right.

The Boathouse suggests using the Metropolitan Muesum’s garage, as it is large enough so that you will always find space and it is open 24 hours.
