Mike and I had been talking on the phone for about a week or so and decided to finally meet up at Applebees in Forney. When I showed up, I had on a big coat, a hat, and a scarf. We were in the restaurant and he kept wondering why I would not take some of that stuff off. I didn’t because I didn’t want him looking at me. I wanted him to focus on the conversation.

We talked for a few hours and then we decided to leave because it was late. He kept hinting that he did not want to leave and I kept acting like I didn’t hear him. I gave him a hug and that’s when he tried to get a quick feel- he got that good ole church hug!

We actually ended up talking on the phone all night realizing, this may be the beginning of something special.

Mike had no intentions of being in a relationship, but the more we talked, he then began to realize, not only is she pretty and fine, she’s smart. 😂😊

Although Mike was very supportive, we didn’t see each other much because I worked a lot. We eventually took about a 3 month break from each other, because of my crazy work schedule.

After the new year I reached out to Mike because I did miss him, he was a good guy, and he was just kind to me. He accepted my call, we talked for a little bit, and then we met up for dinner. After about a week or so, he told me he was really ready to settle down and wanted to make it official. So I went to his house one night, and he said to me, “Are you going to be my Gal or what?” I said yes, and we have been stuck at the hip ever since. He’s definitely my Husbae 💕💕💕
