Stephanie and Nathan were set up by Stephanie's good friends from university. One evening when Stephanie and her friends were enjoying a visit together, they brought up Nathan and Stephanie provided them with her number.

On January 22nd, Stephanie received a text from Nathan and they arranged a date. January 26th, 2024, Stephanie and Nathan met for the first time. February 15th, Nathan asked Stephanie if she'd like to be his girlfriend and Stephanie gladly said "yes!"

During the next months, Nathan and Stephanie enjoyed going to church together, being outdoors either on a walk, hike, or kayaking, and started to fall in love with each other.

Fast forward to December 25th, 2024. After all the hints Stephanie was giving to Nathan about proposing, on Christmas day, Nathan got down on one knee and held in his hand a beautiful handmade ring box, with a gorgeous and very sparkly ring. When Nathan popped the question, Stephanie and Nathan were in tears and she said "YES!"

Soon after, they started to plan a wedding. After a lot of discussion and thought they made Saturday, March 8th, 2025, to be their special day that will change their life forever.
