We know you're all eager to capture your own photos, we've hired professionals and want to ensure they get clear shots without phones/ cameras in the way. Please ensure you're mindful of being out of the way for big moments when taking your own photos.

Transportation is available from the Holiday Inn Concord Downton to the Barn at Bull Meadow before the ceremony at 4:15pm and 4:30pm, as well as back to the hotel/ after party after the reception at 10:00pm and 10:30pm.

The ceremony begins at 5:00 pm, please arrive promptly by 4:45 to take your seat.

Cocktail attire

Yes, cars can be parked safely overnight in the venue parking lot if you choose to take other transportation.

Although we love your little ones, our wedding is an adults only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and hope you can relax and enjoy the evening!

Unfortunately as excited as Moose is for his parents to get married, his energy will be too much for our special day, but we will miss him dearly!

Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place at the Barn at Bull Meadow. Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside. The reception will take place inside the barn.

There is a room block at the Holiday Inn Downtown Concord, NH. The sooner you book, the better! Make sure you call and mention the Paine/ O'Neil room block when booking to avoid the 2 night minimum.
